Students must have successfully completed their online theory and passed the theory exam prior to attending in class training. Students who arrive to in class training without completing the theory examination will not be allowed to participate and may incur a rescheduling fee. Starting February 15, 2022 all students will be required to have the theory of their course(s) completed 1 week prior to the scheduled in-class practical start date.

Students in the Full Esthetics and Advanced Clinical Esthetics Diploma Programs will have their full training schedule created by a Student Advisor. Students may change their training schedule as needed by following the instructions below.

Locate Your Class

Click on the Classes tab , and locate your class on the weekly schedule view. If your class does not show in the list, there are no scheduled dates available at this time. Please check back again soon.

Choose Your Class Date

Select the training dates you wish to attend from the available time slots shown.

Sign Up for the Class

Use the sign up or request button beside the class date to add yourself to the available training or the waitlist for a class. 

Note: there is a discount code in your online class that you will require to book your class. If you are in one of our programs, a Student Advisor will book most of your classes for you.

Please note, class sizes are limited to 4-8 students to ensure proper physical distancing and safety measures set out by the Government are followed. Please keep an eye out in your student newsletters for more updates on safety protocols and what you can expect when returning to class.

For program students who are booking in for multiple classes, please review the list below to the recommended booking order. The below course layouts are suggested layouts from our instructors to guide you in the most logical order to complete your training. You can choose to do your training in any order that makes sense to you, except where a course has a prerequisite to attend.

Reminder: Your Student Advisor will create your training schedule for you, including your webinars and Student Spa shifts if you are in the Advanced Clinical or Full Esthetics Programs. 

Advanced Clinical Esthetics Diploma 

Students must successfully pass their theory and practical exams in Facials Level 1 prior to attending the practical training for their Advanced Clinical courses. We recommend booking your Laser Tattoo Removal class last for the best training experience.

Full Esthetics Diploma Program

Students must successfully pass their theory and practical exams in Facials Level 1 prior to attending the practical training for Facials Level 2 (Advanced). Students must also complete successfully pass their theory and practical exams in Waxing prior to attending Brazilian Waxing.

MODEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Students will require models to practice on in class. Please ensure you review your model requirements and inform your models of the policies. For information about model times and course specific model requirements, please see the model information on the course overview page of your class. 

MODEL POLICIES

  1. Please do note arrive early for your appointment. We would greatly appreciate it if you arrive as close as possible to your appointment without being late.
  2. Please arrive at your appointment alone. If you received a ride, please have your driver wait outside for the duration of your visit. 
  3. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted within the facility. No exceptions. 
  4. If you are feeling ill with symptoms of flu (fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath, respiratory issues), we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  5. Please hang up your outer wear and place your footwear in our designated closets. Disposable slippers can be provided.
  6. No cash. At this time, we will not be accepting cash payments.
